Job Title: Night Club Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• To lead the operations of their high-end night club. They pride themselves on offering their guests unique culinary adventures as well as a modern lifestyle experience.
• The successful candidate must have a proven track record of running successful clubs as this one is at the forefront of global trends and style in West Africa. Great long-term opportunities exist within this group as they continue to transform the F&B landscape and expand their presence in West Africa!

Responsibilities

• Oversee food and beverage service and preparation, staff levels management, door management, security, marketing and first class customer service
• Leads the booking, planning and executing of events. Plans and implements promotions and sales activities
• Ensure the flawless FOH and BOH operation of all outlets by presenting a hands-on management style within the operation during all service times
• Create operational budgets and implement procedures to ensure all food, beverage, equipment and labor costs remain in line with these budgets

Requirements

• Travels Single Status
• Results Driven
• Previous experience in Club Management. European experience preferred
• Motivated, passionate and copes well under pressure

Salary and Package

• Tax free Base Salary of $2,500 - $3,500 USD as per experience
• One return flight per year
• Company accommodation provided
• Transport, Mobile phone and duty meals provided
• Private medical insurance
• 30 days annual leave
• 40 hour work week
