Job Title: NOC Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Description:

• The role will be based in Abuja and the NOC manager will be primarily responsible for managing the core network infrastructure of the company.
• This individual will report directly to The Head, Network Group and will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the day to day tasks of the engineers within the network group.
• The NOC manager will ensure that the systems and technology perform optimally at all times and are constantly upgraded to remain relevant.
• He/she will constantly review and refine support documentations, processes and associated system requirements and drive implementation in line with industry best practices.

Requirements
A degree in Computer, Electronics or Communication Engineering with certifications in Juniper Networks (switching, routing and/or security) & Cisco with 3 years working experience of Alvarion or other wireless technology and fiber networks will be an advantage.
