The Civil Defence, Fire, Immigration and Prisons Services Board (CDFIPB), is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for full time appointments into the vacant position below in the Nigeria Prisons Service:

Job Title: Assistant Superintendent of Prisons II (ASP.II) - CONPASS 08

Location: Nigeria
Category: Superintendent Cadre

Academic Qualification

Applicants must be holders First degree from recognized Universities in the following areas: Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Estate/Town Planning, Public Health, Food Sciences, Social Works, etc.

Statutory Requirements

Applicants must be Nigerian by birth.
Applicants must possess the requisite qualification and certificates. Any certificate or qualification not presented and accepted at the recruitment centre shall not be accepted after the recruitment.
Applicants must be fit and present certificates of medical fitness from Government recognized Hospitals.
Applicants must be of good characters, and must not have been convicted of any criminal offences.
Applicants must not be members of any Secret Society, Cults or Drug Addicts etc.
Applicants must not be financially embarrassed.
Applicants must be between ages of 18 and 30 years
Applicants heights must not be less than 1.65m for males and 1.60 for females.
Applicants chest measurement must not be less than 0.87 for men.
Computer literacy will be of added advantage.

the prisons services site is not opening since monday. pls admin tell them to do something about. because the deadline is close. just 6 weeks but for like 2 weeks now the site is not accessible. which is not good pls do some thing.

Like seriously, the prison recruitment website is not accessible as pointed out by others,i spent almost the whole day at cyber cafe to register today but all to no avail.
Something must be done to remedy the situation.....

Good day admin,,HV been able to apply for the prisons job.am i going to look for a referee before the exam and how will i know the date for d exam or screening as d case maybe..Thanks

I can't submit my application. ...After attaching my documents There's no place to proceed or submit the application. I don't know if its cos I studied Banking and finance. .
