You all need to understand that companies can put up a job on their website and put a certain closing date, and these companies can remove the job from its website even before the closing date..

So for the total Job, at some point it was available and the job was published on total website on 11th May 2019 and was to expire 11th May, 2019.. for reasons best known to Total, they decided to pull down the job (even before the closing date).

Those lucky to apply have applied and for those who haven't, lets all wait and see what happens, i dont thin Hot Nigerian Jobs has any role to play with how total handles its recruitment...
