Blue Ocean Strategy is a Business Advisory, marketing, financial advisory, human resources management and customer relationship Management service firm. We use time tested methods to transform small/medium scaled enterprises into large conglomerates. Blue Ocean was established in the United Kingdom in 2009. We presently have offices in the entire geo- political zones in Nigeria.

(As interviews will be conducted orally and by phone). So distance should not be a problem, as we have offices in the geopolitical zones of Nigeria.

Positions

1) GRADUATE TRAINEES (MARKETING)
Requirements:
A. Minimum of B. Sc/HND in any discipline
B. Must be a team player and highly intelligent
C. Must not be more than 30 years
D. Must be computer literate, dynamic and a goal getter.
Remuneration: Salary and commission (you make commission on each product you sell for life. i. e. you are paid commission every month, on the product you sold months ago)

2) WEB DESIGNER
Requirements:
A. A Graduate
B. Evidence of jobs done for other companies in the past.
C. Ability to deliver
Remuneration: On contract Basis

3) SECRETARY
Requirements:
A. OND/NCE in secretariat studies or Business Management
B. Must be computer literate. Must be efficient in the use Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, power point, etc.
C. 1-2 years experience.
D. Must be prudent, efficient and reliable.
E. Must not be more than 28 years of age.
Remuneration: Very Attractive Salary.

4) SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Requirements:
A. Minimum of OND/HND discipline
B. Must be a team player
C. Must be a goal getter and Target driven
Remuneration: Salary and commission (you make commission on each product you sell for life. i. e. you are paid commission every month, on the product you sold months ago)

5) MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
A. Minimum of B. Sc/HND in any discipline
B. 2 years experience in marketing. Experience in the Telecommunication sector or sale of CUG /VPN lines for any telecommunication network will be an advantage.
C. Must be computer literate, strong interpersonal skills, communication and analytical skills
D. Must have Leadership traits.

Duties;
He/she will be a team leader. The team members will report directly to the team leader. The total team target will make up the team leaders target. Apart from the team leaders salary, he or she will earn commission on each sale his or her team member makes.
