Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

B.Sc/BA in business administration, Marketing or relevant field
Minimum of 3years working experience in a consulting environment

Other Requirements:

Must be familiar with Human Resource Consulting Services
Proven experience as a Business development Manager,
Ability to build Rapport
Communication and negotiation skills
An excellent relationship builder
Possess high levels of integrity
Must know how best to advise customers.
Must have the personality and tenacity to drive sales further
Strong analytical and project management skills
Confident and dynamic personality
Strong creative outlook
