Job Title: Business Development Analyst
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description
Business Development Analysts work in TechAdvance’s Business team charged with monitoring, analyzing and improving the company's business. They accomplish this by conducting research, interpreting data and making recommendations based on their findings.
The BD Analyst supports business development and strategy. The Analyst will be required to communicate with current and prospective clients, generate pitch decks and identify new business opportunities.
Additionally, Business Development Analysts collaborate with our product development and software engineering teams on a daily basis, while simultaneously reporting to the Business Development lead and Senior Management.
Duties
Perform complex analysis to identify business requirements, priorities and recommendations.
Compile and provide business analysis results for strategy planning and decision making.
Co-ordinate with development and product teams to implement effective business solutions to develop potential opportunities.
Conduct competitive marketing research and customer need analysis to identify new business opportunities and expansions.
Manage pilot project operation, project delivery and project transition within defined scope, cost and timeline
Act as a liaison between business development team, management team and customers for systematic and procedural implementation of new opportunities and new acquisitions.
Provide weekly/ monthly reports on current and new business prospects and client activities to the management
Develop project business plans to identify, track, report and resolve the critical dependency issues.
Develop a cost model to determine business risks and forecasts.
Develop a business model to monitor and report competitive business initiatives and activities to the management on regular basis.
Analyze business metrics to identify new opportunities.
Participate in budget analysis, industry events, trainings, meetings when needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum required years of work experience: 2 years
Minimum education qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics and other related areas.
