Job Title: HR/Admin Manager

Reference No: CMO-01
Location: Lagos

Summary

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point (Office Utility)
Must be a member of CIPM/NIM/CIPD/SPHR
Analytical Skill.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skill.
Organize and write procedures in a logical/methodical manner.
Good management skill.
Good Presentation Skill.
MBA is an Added Advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and Supervise all HR and Admin Issues of the Company in all locations.
Initiate efficient and Cost Reduction admin procedure in the Company.
Efficient management of all staff in the company.
Ensure efficient motivation/welfare of all company staff.
Coordinate all recruitment /employment in the company.
Coordinate all disciplinary issues in the company.
Ensure all Salary/staff payments are done properly and accurately.
Coordinate quarterly appraisal system of the company and other welfare issues.
Ensure/coordinate all staff trainings in line with appraisal and budget.
Ensure good working condition in all sixt locations at all times.
Manage all Labour/staff entitlement issues.
Initiate Admin procurement process that will enhance cost reduction.
Policy formulation, review where necessary and policy implementation.
Providing employee demography for Management decision.
To undertake such other Duties as Required and Commensurate with the Grade and Title of the Job.

Requirements

HND/B.Sc in relevant course with minimum of 15 years experience of which 5 years must be in a managerial position.
Candidate must be a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management or other relevant professional body.
