Coscharis Mobility Limited (CML) - Our client, with exponential growth plans in Nigeria, are seeking the services of suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fleet Operations Officer

Reference No: CMO-11
Locations: Lagos/Abuja/Port Harcourt-Rivers

Summary

Ability to work under pressure.
Must be physical fit.
Good knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

Supervise fleet OPERATIONS Clusters.
Maintain comprehensive and.accurate record of all vehicles at every point in time.
Maintain routing contact/communication with all vehicle users/Drivers in all locations for regular status.
Carry out DAILY inspection of vehicles with detailed report on.template and ensure issues are resolved immediately.
Keep track records of escalations and resolutions.
Attend to all requests from client.and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Monitor submission of bills and follow up on payments as may be necessary.
Report maintenance issues immediately to Maintenance team and HOP for instant response and resolve.
Proper Management of all maintenance issues with Maintenance team.
Vehicle servicing and service.record.
Minor repairs and record.
Major repair and record.
Vehicle claims and claim records
Ensure vehicle tracking devise in each vehicle is functional and follow up to ensure faults are rectified within the shortest period.
Follow up with all vehicle documentations and renewals before due.date.
Maintain accurate record of drivers (if any).
Attend to all drivers' welfare and follow up with HR until issues are.resolved (if any).
Ensure that all the vehicles are clean at all times.
Send GPR report to clients monthly.
Ensure that all Log books are properly fixed/overtime captured/outstation recorded.
Ensure that proper hand over is.done when vehicles are swapped from driver to another.

Requirements

HND/B.Sc in relevant courses.
Candidate must have minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
