Requirements

• Have more than 15 years of working experience in the ICT field, more than 10 years of working experience in the finance industry in the IT field and rich experience in ICT projects in the finance industry.
• Have a basic command of the service solutions of mainstream ICT service vendors in the industry.
• Have a basic command of the operation mode of the CTO/CIO office in the finance industry with practical experience.
• Have rich experience in strategic planning (infrastructure design, ICT evolution, service architecture design, and service evolution) in the ICT field of the financial industry.
• Have a basic command of the financial industry ITO methodology and business model design.
• Have rich experience in IT service management, project management, and team management.
• Have good resource integration capabilities and driving force.
• Have a good pressure bearing capability.
• Ability to design the architecture of ICT service products in the financial industry.
