Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

Due to expansion of business, we are seeking a result driven and target oriented Business Manager who will build and manage his own team
The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and with excellent track records with achievement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Formulates and implements marketing strategies.
Identifies and generates prospects through marketing strategy.
Builds, manage and generate leads and teams.
Develop proposal that speak to client’s needs, concerns and objectives while maintaining company profitability.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop company’s unique value

Requirements

Must possess proven ability to close deals
Must possess excellent targeting and prospecting skills in the Real Estate Industry.
Must be an analytical thinker, problem solver, and goal oriented.
Must have an outstanding communication, and presentation skills.
Must be a team player with excellent leadership skills.
Minimum experience of 5 years as a Business Development Managerin the Real Estate with track records of achievements.
HND/ B.Sc in Business Administration, Estate Management or related field.
