Job Title: Head of Commercial Property Realtor

Location: Lagos

Description

The Head of Commercials would contribute to the team’s aim to maximize their profit and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships, mergers and new markets
Develop accurate and consistent bids with the help of relevant departments
Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations
Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth.

Qualifications and Experience

Great educational background in any social science course
Must have at least 3 years of experience in business development, customer management, sales or related field
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Superb negotiation capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
