Unfair Discrimination. Absolutely unacceptable. This policy will never be forgotten in the history of Nigeria. I believe HND holders, one day, shall be at the corridors of power and make the HIT flow onto the Generations of the Policy Makers of NNPC no matter the methods they design to evade it.

Which way forward Nigeria? Please my honourable Minister of Education, could you organise a live Nation-wide Debate between University Graduates and HND holders to prove their certificate? This is injustice, I am a Diploma Holder and challenge any employer of Labour to defend my CERTIFICATE!

It is surprising that when HND Graduates gets to the Corridors of power, he or she will do nothing about the discrimination.

It is rather sad that fellow job seekers enjoy the unfortunate dicotomy. My friend who is proudly asking the HND/OND holder to calm down & to allow their big brothers, can not even spell the word "LET" Permit me to let you in some info that am sure you are not aware of; the young chap that is proudly celebrated by media today (the designer of CHEVY VOLT- General Motors Electric in the US)is an HND holder from KADUNA POLYTECHNIC. He was embrassed by the world largest auto maker. But here in Nigeria we draw stupid lines btw ourself to create differences. Least I forget, if you must know the new GMD of First Bank Plc who is currently turning the bank around in no small measure is an HND holder. Check it out if you care. To all Nigerians stop the discriminations along EDUCATION, ETHNIC, RELIGIOUS & REGIONAL lines. It has led us no where & it will never lead us anywhere. A WORD IS ENOUGH!!

Vic I have long accepted the reality in Nigeria & if you must know am very proud of my qualification, with it I been very successful in my chosen career (Banking); over the last 8 years I have worked with 3 top Nigerian Banks moving up to an enviable position without any hindrance. Thanks to wonderful world class banks like First Bank, Intercontinental Bank & Oceanic Bank whose boards gives opportunity to all Nigerians to achieve their dreams. Not people like you who wait on mischievous policy makers to pave ways for you to shine. Thank you. Adikwu Peter HND(KadPoly), PGD(ABU), MBA(ABU)

If Government don't want to employ us, HND holders in their offices, they could categorically state it. Is inhumane and very unfair. Even in the developed countries, HND holders are given Oportunities to to work. One day i know, that this uncalled segregation and stupid descrimination will be uprooted. May God help HND holders to actualise their dreams, To You that is being despised, pray and keep faith. I tell you, the EXPECTATION of the RIGHTEOUS shall not be cut short. PEACE

We need to cooperate with God to fix things aright in Nageria. 55 positions! o yes! but more than 55,000 applicants...meanwhile more than 100 persons are already in the so called godfather list...I weep for my dearly beloved nation, I will always thank God for making me a Nigerian, though these folks are directly & indirectly forcing me to cause this nation or to querry God...friends & fellow applicants let's keep dreaming big...one day I go better...

The growing battle between BSc and HND graduates is uncalled for. In a farmiliar proffession like engineering, these two are given different trainings with the aim of impacing managerial skills in one and technical skills in the other. Basically they are to complement each other in the industry and therefore are both important. let us therefore lay down our war weapons and fashion out a way of moving this country forward.
