We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Civil/Structural CAD Detailer/Drafter

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

The CAD Detailer is to function along with Engineers in production of detailed drawings and schedules needed for design, construction and record keeping purposes.
These include but not limited to production of schematic layouts/G.As, detailed drawings, fabrication drawings, As-built drawings, etc., The details include both 2D and 3D for both steel and structural

Key Responsibilities

Production of detailed drawings and schedules for civil, highway, railways, and infrastructural purposes
Production of structural detailed drawings and schedules
Production of both concrete and steel detailed drawings in both 2D and 3D
Production of schematic drawings (G.As and layouts)
Production of final detailed drawings, production drawings, As-built drawings and fabrication and shop drawings
Production of schedules relating to 5-above

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ detailing experience
Ability to use AutoCAD, Revit and CADS RC proficiently
Ability to produce both 2D and 3D detailed drawings
Ability to produce both concrete and steel drawings
Ability to read design calculations/specifications/instructions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must demonstrate ability to pay attention to details.
Must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
Must be able to combine speed with accuracy in drawings production.
