Willers Solutions Limited - Our client, a leading Electronics Manufacturing company located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Center Agent

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
• Management and resolve customer complaints
• Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Research required information using available resources
• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
• Process orders, forms, and application
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or its equivalent in any related discipline. E.g Linguistics, Classics, Modern European Languages e.t.c.
• Must be able to speak fluently French & English Language, or Portuguese & English Language.
• Good Communication Skills
• Intermediate Computer Skills.
