Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We're looking for an exceptional and creative Graphic Designer, that is passionate about producing high quality concepts, designs and graphics in an agile and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for transforming concepts into high quality, visually captivating designs in line with the company's strategic objectives. You designs will transform all of our offline and digital communications via our website, media and marketing channels .
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Develop Corporate Guidelines in line with Corporate Image/Brand Image consistency across the three products offerings / departments / regions through all media (fonts, logo applications, stationery, etc);
• Research and develop graphic experiences for internal and external customers across board;
• Manage the graphics creation process from beginning to end, prioritizing projects based on importance;
• Develop new procedures to manage creative projects as needed;
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Handle ad hoc design projects as needed

Requirements

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team. A passion for lifelong learning and exceptional problems solving skills.
• Degree in Graphics Design or any related field
• 2 years+ experience in Graphic Design
• Mind Mapping for logo design
• Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
• IT and administrative skills
• Extensive experience in the use of design programs CorelDraw Graphic Suite and all Adobe software suites especially in InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash etc;
• Able to work with video content is a plus
