We design, manufacture and integrate the industry’s most comprehensive range of injection molding equipment, including machines, molds, hot runners, auxiliaries and integrated systems.

Job Description

• After an initial training period, you will provide service support to our customer's by travelling extensively to their facilities, located mainly in Nigeria but also across all Africa
• You will operate from your home office, with general administrative support from our offices in Luxembourg
• You will report to the Service Manager Africa
• This position offers great challenges and has a significant impact on the final business result and growth
• It is a unique opportunity to combine technology and inter-human contacts.

Responsibilities

• Installation and start-up of injection molding systems at customer
• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure superior customer experience
• Help to optimize customer operations
• Provide on-site training to machine operators
• Regular and accurate reporting of field activities

Qualifications

• Technician or Engineering Degree
• Knowledge in PLC controls and in industrial automated systems
• Trouble shooting attitude
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Ideally with some experience in field service.
• Preference for candidates with experience in injection molding.
• Readiness of frequent travel
• Fluent in English
• Additional language skills would be considered an asset.
