You’ll spend time on the following:
Prospecting new partners and expanding our number of accounts, while developing and maintaining positive relationships with merchants
Gather and analyze appropriate prospects/client data in order to discover trends of successful merchant behavior
Provide support for prospects/clients via email and telephone
Effectively handle and resolve clients concerns and support issues
Communicate relevant clients complaints or inquiries
Conduct market research and perform competitor analyses to understand where Dominion Consulting Nigeria stands within the consulting trends/industry.
Requirements
We’re excited about you if you have:
Currently graduated in a B.Sc or MSc program, Preferred study in Business, Economics, Marketing, International Marketing or any other business-related field
You are able to effectively convey complex information to a broad audience
You’re able to work collaboratively in an environment that promotes constant team communication
You're a creative problem solver who can identify problems unilaterally and recommend effective plans of action
Strong organizational, planning, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; strategic and creative thinking with keen business judgment, focus, and ability to see the "big picture"
You can translate business objectives and problems into analytic problems, and analytic solutions into actionable business solutions
You are skilled in both Excel and Graphics
Previous experience in a similar marketing/sales role
Experience in Graphics is a plus
Smart, detail-oriented, and relentlessly resourceful
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Team oriented but with the ability to work independently
Flexibility and ability to work autonomously in a demanding and ambiguous environment
Excellent customer service ethic with ability to focus on the job at hand.
