Job Description

To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as a HR Business Partner.
The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our estate development projects, marketing and sales activities, creative department and the rest of the organization.
The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Basic Qualifications
A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
5+ years human resource business partner experience or blend between HR and operations
Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
Experience in call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environments
Proficiency with HR related softwares.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree or MBA in HRM preferred
Human Resources experience with Fortune 500 companies supporting 50-200 or more associates
