Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Lagos
Department: Creative
Reports to: Chief Creative Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who possesses a strong understanding of marketing and promotional design.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual presentations that can be used online and offline and must have experience in print, email, web and social media design.
Seeking a creative and driven person who is looking to execute his/her talent and take brands to the next level

Responsibilities

Provide brand compliant creative ideas and designs for print and digital media
Assist in the overall design process from concept to final delivery
Collaboratively generate creative ideas and designs for global, large-scale initiatives, campaigns, tradeshows, events, and experiences. Tactics would include product marketing, advertising, promotions, sales and informational collateral etc.
Generate original conceptual work, including illustration, iconography, and infographic design
Maintain established brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
Proactively work with internal and external clients, marketing staff, creative teams and outside vendors to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

5+ years agency or related B2B/B2C experience
Must possess a BS/BA Degree
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communications skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines, excellent organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced office
Able to use MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and willing to effectively use project management software
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient designer in both digital and traditional media
Exceptional creativity and innovation-minded
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a business environment.
