We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Process Engineer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities and Tasks

• To assist the Lead or Principal Engineer in meeting project requirements and performing all technical duties in a highly competent and efficient manner
• To assist the Lead or Principal engineer in the planning, co-ordination and execution of the groups work activities, review and check the work of others
• To be aware of and adhere to the Fantex Oil and Gas values, systems and processes
• Liaise with other disciplines on design, construction, fabrication and commissioning issues
• Provide engineering and technical direction for drawing office personnel, prepare engineering concepts and develop into detail design
• Attend and prepare minutes of meetings, reporting to Supervisor
• Carry out manual and computer analysis
• Carry out onshore / offshore survey and answer site queries
• Familiarize with Client’s own specifications and ensure the adopted solutions take cognizance of their requirements, co-ordinate any required safety engineering related resource requirements e.g. 3rd parties who provide independent chair facilities for the team ensuring technical quality and timely work performance

Qualifications and Personal Qualities

• Educated to HNC/HND level in an Engineering discipline
• Educated to Degree level in an Engineering discipline
• Sound working knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards
• Conversant with appropriate technical software
• Aware of latest technical developments
• Ability to direct and guide engineers and designers
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Good team working skills
• Applicant must reside in Lagos
