We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Frontend Developer (UI/UX)

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Work alongside the team on complex large-scale web projects and handle small-to-medium projects on your own.
• Develop and maintain internal and consumer-facing frontend systems across the organization.
• Collaborate with designers to bring products to life.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a related field or related work experience.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, like jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS
• Experience working Google technologies; Firebase, Google Maps
• Strong proficiency with NodeJS
• RESTful Web API utilization.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git,
• Knowledge of iOS mobile application development.
• A strong desire to learn and understand products in depth and passionate in finding solutions to challenges with minimum supervision.
• Good team player with strong Communication and Presentation Skills (written and verbal).
• Must be willing to travel on short notice and ready to work to meet tight deadlines.
