Qualification:
Matured banker, computer literate with diverse banking & finance experience.
Strong Credit & Marketing skills, Reports to the Board of Directors,
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience


2.)  Head, Internal Control (Ref: ICD)

Responsibilities
Ensuring adequate controls to mitigate risks.
Ensuring that transactions are properly authorized,
Reviewing and enhancing internal controls and effecting internal audits

Qualification / Experience
Candidates must be graduates.
Professional / Postgraduate qualifications would be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience


3.)  Head, Finance & Admin (Ref: FAD)

Responsibilities
Ensuring timely & accurate production of financial to Management and Board of Directors. Developing reviewing and monitoring budgets. Regulatory reporting compliance.

Qualification / Experience
Candidates must be graduates.
Professional / Postgraduate qualifications would be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience


4.)  Head, Marketing (Ref: MKT)

Responsibilities
Developing strategies for market segmentation and outreach. Developing business plans.
Developing & marketing existing & new products.
Good communication skills

Professional / Postgraduate qualifications would be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience


5.) Head, Risk Management (Ref: RMD)

Responsibilities
Credit policies & procedures compliance. Follow-up on loan repayment arrears.
Debt recovery including follow-up on loan repayment arrears and collation of delinquent loans

Qualification / Experience
Candidates must be graduates.
Professional / Postgraduate qualifications would be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience


6.)  Head, Banking Operations (Ref: BOD)

Responsibilities
Good computer skills, sound analytical skills, knowledge of banking regulations, compliance and operational procedures

Professional / Postgraduate qualifications would be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience


7.)  Internal Control Assistants (Ref: ICA)

Duties & Responsibilities
Building a strong compliance environment to prevent & detect fraud; check processing media

Qualification:
B.Sc/HND


8.)  Recovery Officers (Ref: ROS)

Duties & Responsibilities
Direct collection of delinquent loans, lodgment into customers account and follow up on arrears of loan repayment.

Qualification:
B.Sc/ HND
   

9.)  Savings Officers (Ref: SOS)

Duties & Responsibilities
Mobilizing deposits and marketing of bank products.

Qualification:
OND/ HND


10.)  Loans Officers (Ref: LOS)

Duties & Responsibilities
Identifying, processing, evaluating, monitoring of new & existing clients

Qualification:
B.Sc/ HND
   

11.)  Field Assistants (Ref: FAS)

Duties & Responsibilities
Collecting cash from loan clients & conducting home verifications

Qualification:
OND/HND


12.)  Accounts Clerks (Ref: ACS)

Duties & Responsibilities
Bookkeeping and bank reconciliations

Qualification:
OND/HND


13.)  IT Officer (Ref: ITO)

Duties & Responsibilities
Network Administrator, hardware maintenance, system administration

Qualification:
Computer Science Graduate
