Job Title: Functional Consultant, SAP QM - HyperCare

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Assignment Description

• FrieslandCampina is looking for a Hypercare Consultant with SAP-QM knowledge to help with the go-live of the Summit template in Nigeria. You work in a team of experts to prepare the business for the deployment of the Summit template solution and address operational and functional challenges, ensuring that the global solution is functioning as expected.
• The Functional Consultant is a communicative and analytical strong professional with affinity/experience in process design and SAP projects. The Functional consultant has a deep understanding of key business processes, template solutions, change management approaches and adult learning concepts.
• The Functional Consultant acts as trustworthy advisor with a strong relationship with the user community, middle management and cross business area peers. With strong advisory (consultancy) and interpersonal skills, the Functional Consultant is able to motivate and engage others, which results in effective/efficient training and a high level of knowledge transfer, process adoption and performance.
• Period is 1 March 2019 until 22 March 2019 with a possible week extension. Working location will be Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the go-live of the projects during the hypercare
• Be able to guide users on Business
• Update and maintain all functional
• Defects
• Update and maintain all SAP functional
• Support in Integration and Unit Test
• Localize training material and work instructions and train key users and assist during go-live and hypercare.

General Requirements

• This concerns a HyperCare period assignment, working in HyperCare (shifts) at the Nigerian Production locations (Lagos). Flexibility is thus desired
• Fluently in English
• Willingness to be on location in Nigeria and working in a shift pattern
• Being located in Nigeria is a plus.
• Able to work in Nigeria without any restrictions.
• Experience in large scale implementations in corporate environments and a solid understanding of the business direction, an overall view of the “big picture”, and a good knowledge of the business being impacted by the project’s implementation.

Specific Assignment Requirements:

• Functional / business experience in the field of Quality, Manufacturing, Warehousing and/or Supply Chain;
• Experience or strong affinity with Quality Management IT solutions in the Food industry (SAP-QM)
• Ability to understand the quality business processes in detail, quality inspections, customer complaints, etc.
• Prince II project methodology experience or similar.
• Proven experience in consultancy and communication skills to interact with Business Process Owners / key users and during implementation.
• A deep conceptual and content knowledge of relevant business processes and the relationship between the business area’s in the end-to-end processes.
• Able to explain and convince internal parties beyond content-driven arguments and is able to appeal to interest, culture and level of others.
• Experience in defining solutions in SAP and / or implementing SAP in preferably the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Market, in a role of Consultant.
• Experience in process analysis and optimization, requirements analysis and design. Including experience in full cycle SAP implementations.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager & ARIS.
