We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:
Job Title: Team Lead, Datacenter
Lead proactive monitoring, operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure (Hardware/Software) and other datacenter equipment; in order to maintain and support operations and ensure compliance to relevant standards
Provide technical direction in the area of requirement definition, planning, coordination, programming, and implementation of server operating systems
Work with Enterprise Architects to manage the track of information on all datacenter assets
Manage configurations, problems, incidents, IT service continuity and supply
Lead effort to evaluate, recommend, integrate and coordinate enhancements to the datacenter infrastructure and services
Review system configurations and ensure that the needed configuration elements are made available on site for installation
Lead effort to develop and configure datacenter infrastructure from conceptualization through stabilization
Manage effort to test, debug, document and analyze performance of infrastructure components
Lead infrastructure implementation by analyzing the current system environment and infrastructure and developing implementation and verification procedures to ensure successful installation of systems (hardware/software)
Lead effort to provide support to all environments (production, test, QA, development, etc.)
Supervise the planning and monitoring of event, fault and performance management
Perform routine infrastructure analysis, and evaluation on resource requirements necessary to maintain and/or expand service levels
Create and maintain database management plan and ensure implementation accordingly
Fulfil service requests and perform routine maintenance and support activities
Manage backup and recovery activities of information and computer services, in order to guarantee the operations in case of disaster
Review installation check list and systems specifications
Provide leadership and technical guidance to reports
Prepare plans for development and installation of datacenter infrastructure according to current and future requirements
Coordinate with IT and the business teams to develop capacity management plans to ensure optimal datacenter operationsImplement test plans (including functionality, integrity, and stress testing; test matrices; and definition of test methodologies and strategy)
Conduct studies of proposed enhancements in hardware and software and proposes recommendations to IT management
Work with IT Risk Management to determine and implement DR requirements based on business needs
Work with IT Risk Management to ensure the disaster recovery plan is kept current and operable in case of disaster
Upgrade obsolete application, data, and infrastructure architecture as required
Serve as a member of the IT Services and Supplier Relationship Committee

Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in a IT related discipline
Masters or a recognized professional certification will be an added advantage
Experience:
8+ years of experience in managing systems, network and technology infrastructure
6+ years of management experience with 1+ years spent in a senior management role
