1.)  General Manager

Position Number: GEO I Nat

Position  Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, marketing or related field. MBA preferred
At least 15 years of progressive experience, specifically in consumer, preferably beverage or packaged goods sales. Minimum 5 years must be in a management capacity.
A thorough understanding of the sales process with proven ability to develop and implement sales & marketing campaigns

General Overview:
The General Manager is the key player in maintaining the smooth and efficient operator of our business Responsibilities include: Planning, directing and coordinating the operations of the organization.
Duties and responsibilities also include formulating policies, managing daily operations and planning the use of materials and human resources oversee activities directly related to making our products.
Directing and coordinating activities of business or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of our beverage products.
Reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and  to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Managing staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties Directing and coordinating organization’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase productivity and efficiency

2.)  Production Manager

Position Number: PR741

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in technical field.
At least 10 years experience in manufacturing field and specifically in consumer preferably beverage or packaged goods industry minimum 5 years must be in a management capacity.
A thorough understanding of the manufacturing/production process, resource allocation and supply chain management.

General Overview:
This positions primary responsibility will be to the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.
The production manager ensures that our products are produced efficiently.
You will ensure the correct amount is produced at the right cost and at the right level of quality and are responsible for both human and material resources.
Other responsibilities include estimating costs and setting the quality standards, being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes; liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers; ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed,

3.)  Accountant

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s / Diploma in Accounting or Business Management
At least 8 years experience in Accounting related role.
Must have senior level accounting experience.
Applicants who are Chartered Accountants are preferred.

General Overview:
As our accountant you will direct and manage the financial affairs of the company. You will also advise Management on financial and accounting matters.
Your job includes: Preparing financial reports (summaries and predictions of the organizations financial position income statements, balance sheets, and analysis of future earnings or expenses).
Implementing cash management strategies as well as the long term goals of the organization, overseeing all financial and accounting function of the organization, formulating and administering overall financial plans and policies, preparing reports required by regulatory agencies, managing the associated risks as well as raise capital in support of a firms expansion.

Strong leadership and sales skills are required, resulting in the increase of staff performance and productivity as well as increasing their overall sales achievements.
The person considered for this role should also have a solid track record of advancing key sales metrics, performances and have an established contact network. Experience in the Food and Beverage Industry required

6.)  HR/Admin Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resource Management field
At least 8 years experience in HR/Admin related role in the manufacturing sector/ industry. Minimum 2 years must be in a management capacity.

Your job will be to: Plan, direct and coordinate human resource management activities in our organization.

7.)  Quality Assurance Supervisor

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s / Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology or related field.
At least 5 years experience in QA related role.

General Overview:
Responsibilities: Responsible for direct supervision and utilization of laboratory / water treatment/ syrup blending / sanitation / microbiological equipment, raw materials, quality processes and people in a food production/packaging environment Optimize resources while ensuring raw materials and finished product meet specifications and manufacturing standards and in accordance with NAFDAC, SON and all other governmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
Monitoring production and warehousing processes and practices to ensure satisfactory controls for safety and security of finished products.
Working with internal management team to schedule work/tasks relating to quality compliance.
Overseeing daily QA and QC inspections to ensure all products are meeting compliance. Write, update, and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

The Field Marketing Manager role is assigned for the development and implement of the key marketing initiatives for the company’s assigned brands. Operating within the organizational hierarchy this role includes the development of the marketing plan for assigned brands. The Field Marketing Manager will lead formulation of marketing objectives and tactics to support the strategies including a full communications, advertising and promotional program. This position requires a candidate with proven success in multi-cultural marketing.
