Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- We are currently recruiting for the position of a Customer Service Representative for our client.
- The ideal candidate would be responsible for acting as a liaison between clients and the organization, assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellation, and other queries.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
- Ensures and provide quality service to both internal and external clients
- Handles and receive inquiries from clients or contacts to resolve a variety of order related issues
- Handles and receive processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from clients.
- Report to the Customer Service Manager to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies and measurable implementation
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Must have an excellent communication and listening skills
- Must have a problem solving skills

- Must have problem solving skills
- Must be able to grasp product knowledge with little or no supervision
- HND/B.Sc in Mass Communication, English, or related field.
