Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for the position of a Customer Service Representative for our client.
The ideal candidate would be responsible for acting as a liaison between clients and the organization, assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellation, and other queries.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
Ensures and provide quality service to both internal and external clients
Handles and receive inquiries from clients or contacts to resolve a variety of order related issues
Handles and receive processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from clients.
Report to the Customer Service Manager to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies and measurable implementation
Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Must have an excellent communication and listening skills
Must have a problem solving skills
Ability to multitask
Must have problem solving skills
Must be able to grasp product knowledge with little or no supervision
HND/B.Sc in Mass Communication, English, or related field.
