Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: Lagos

Core Responsibilities

Develop and grow the business/financial base of the company.
Drive sales, promote and sell Ergonomic products.
Contribute to executing the objectives, strategies, and action plans of the department in improving sales.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Attends domestic industry conferences, seminars, and customer functions as assigned.
Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
Update customer records in the company database as required.

Qualifications

B.Sc or HND Degree required (Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred)
Minimum of 2+ years' sales support experience
Good knowledge of MS Office suite
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Job Requirements

Female candidates will be preferred.
Proven working experience in retail sales.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English both orally and in written form.
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Basic administration skills
