Job Title: Gas Plant Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

This role will be responsible for the daily operations at the gas station and ensuring that the gas stations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that shipments of gas arrive on schedule
Submission of gas orders in a timely way so that gas arrives before reserves run low
Maintaining inventory, negotiating with vendors for the supplying of gas
Responsible for counting and balancing of cash drawers; make deposits at financial institutions.
Managing the hiring, training and scheduling employees.
Creating shifts and scheduling personnel to work part- and full-time hours.
Supervision of employees and scheduling of their work hours
Training of workers on various safety procedures
Responsible for building sales and managing expenses.
Operating within budget parameters for expenses such as labor and inventory costs
Responsible for daily operations at the gas station
Ensuring that sufficient amounts of gas are available, stores are well-stocked

Competency/Skill/Requirements

B.Sc in relevant field
Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience working as a Gas Plant Manager.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidate must reside around Isolo and its environs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational and IT skills.
High levels of professionalism, initiative, energy, creativity and flexibility.
