Job Title: Supervisor, Internal Communications

Objectives

• To leverage on technology in disseminating information and gathering internal communications feedback from internal stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Annual Internal Communication Survey of all employee and obtain in-depth feedback to be actioned.
• Identify and harvest news stories from across the business for publication on multiple channels including the website, social media and intranet.
• Design innovative ways to obtain feedback and moderate engagements across multiple channels including the website, social media and intranet.

Requirements

• First Class or Second Class Upper (First Degree) in relevant Social Science disciplines
• Second Class Lower or HND Upper Credit (minimum) in relevant disciplines, plus Master’s degree
• Certification/Membership of relevant professional body
• NYSC Completion/Exemption Certificate
• Applicants must not be more than 37 years of age as at 31st December, 2018.
• Applicants must have Minimum of 9 years relevant post qualification experience .
• Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
