However, is just unfortunate that the system is like this, and that is why we continue having series of unstable economy parlance and a high fraud cases in various sector of economic which can be attributed to wrong recruitment measures and policies. Dnt be suprise seeing medical doctor working in a bank, an engineer that is suppose to be in the field talking about asset management in a bank that he never knew of or have any foundation on. How on earth can an organisation of such require a Bsc holder in any field of study for the post of a graduate finance. What makes them think that an HND holder in Accounting or Finance cannot do better than a Bsc holder of another non-related field of study. This is crazy. And this is infact obtainable in almost all sector of the economy, and with dis the economy would continue to be in shamble. It is high time the country look in to various recruitment measures and policies. What can a Bsc holder do that a holder of HND cannot do. I was once opportune to meet a Bsc holder in Accounting with a 2.1 class of degree from Anambra state university, uli. He was the boss in the account department of were i was doing my serving as corper. The boss can never for once differentiate between income statement account and a ordinary cash book. All his thought is both are for inflows and outflows. Not knowing the uses and need for each at a particular time. Imagine a Bsc accounting 2.1.
