Job Title: Chief Operations Officer
- Formulate strategies and oversee all operations in the shared services division in adherence to policy and the achievement of set.
Job Requirement/ person Specification
- Strategy Formulation and Implementation.
- Stakeholder and External Relations.
- Compliance Monitoring.
- People Management.
- Minimum of a First Degree in a Business-related discipline or Law.
- A Masters' or an MBA Degree.
- Minimum of twelve (12) years' experience, with at least four (4) years’ experience in an Executive Management role.
- Good knowledge of the Capital Market.
