Job Title: Regional Market Activation Officer
Loaction: Lagos
Job Description
The ideal candidate shall be responsible for working with regional teams though the respective Area managers, to coordinate and execute, regional based brand communication and market activation plans, in all the regions nationwide
Job Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of the regional brand communication needs and generate regional based marketing and communication plans in close collaboration with regional teams
Work with regional teams to identify brand promotional opportunities and support them in sponsoring and participating in brand enhancing events and worthy causes
Gather information and identify branding collateral needs in all branches through the regional managers
Identify new opportunities for brand growth and influencer engagements in all regions, especially for new branches
Ensure optimal branding and utilization of branded assets at all locations, their availability and compliance with the branded guidelines
Ensure that all outlets are well supported with branch based branded kits, and the banking halls/outlets are merchandised appropriately as per branding standards
Resolve all issues/queries with regards to activations, products and promotions
Provide Informal training in regions on promotions and planned activities being run by marketing, and on the spot training/coaching of all visited branches on issues related to Regional Marketing Support
Coordinate the logistical support for all marketing events, conferences, and exhibitions. Responsible for coordinating the creative direction, budget, execution
Vendors: Work closely with the vendors to ensure effective delivery of branded items and other related logistics; and also work cross-functionally to ensure completeness of due process for vendor engagement, as per plan for specific events
Together with the entire marketing team, contribute towards the planning, organization and execution of all events nationwide, and handle all activities as might be assigned
Maintain and regularly update regional based marketing activity cycle plans and budgets
Maintain and regularly update databases for regional brand promotional items
Work with regional teams to maintain databases for media houses, and media personnel to effectively execute regional based media promotional campaign
Qualification & Experiences
Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in brand management or marketing
Strong multi-channel writing skills, with experience crafting emails, web copy, social media, and collateral
Direct experience in supervising
B.Sc/HND in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related area of study
Experience in commercial strategic planning and budgeting
Master concepts, processes and tools of marketing planning and Marketing implementation
Experience in communications, advertising and if possible PR
Knowledge of low income market
Knowledge of micro, small and medium enterprise market
