Job Description

We are currently seeking for an experienced Head of HR with a keen interest in joining our team in Nigeria

Your Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working in a similar leadership role and is looking to leverage their learning in an exciting & large format.

We're looking for a HR Business Partner with clear objectives, who is engaging and can influence senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for re-aligning the entire HR department.
The individual will be prepared to be flexible and adaptive to a unique business and will have a strategic ability to get things done.
At the same time, the successful candidate will be willing to have a “hands-on” approach and will be engaging with the staff across the business.
Your role is to provide best practice Employee Relations Advice and support to employees and Managers.
Promote the implementation of best practice HR procedures and assist in developing the HR department to be delivering excellent service and business focused solutions.

Must Have

Deep and relevant HR experience is essential in FMCG/Manufacturing/Trading sector.
Comfortable in the selection of appropriate training providers and programs organisation and coordination.
Detail oriented, accurate conscientious and reliable.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Tact and discretion in dealing with confidential matters. Budgeting and reporting skills.
