Reports to: Buyer Agent

Job Description

• Are you excited to start a career in Real Estate and a little nervous about being completely responsible for starting from scratch?
• We are on the hunt for a young, reliable, responsive and friendly Showing Assistant for a successful real estate sales business
• We will like to bring out the potential in you and watch you grow
• No experience in real estate required. You will be responsible for showing our available properties to our clients based on their needs and preferences
• This position is part-time based and may include weekends depending on clients need. The position is also commissioned based, with allowance and other financial benefits

Key Responsibilities
The showing assistant should be able to:

• Schedule and Show homes to prospective clients who want to buy or rent.
• Drive alongside prospective clients; directing them to view homes.
• Refine prospective clients’ criteria and select additional homes to show as necessary.
• Promptly respond to all prospective client telephone calls, texts or whatsapp messages.
• Educate prospective client about the property inspected, the area and the price of the property.

Requirements

• Academic qualification: Minimum of O' level/WASSCE. Higher qualification is an added advantage.
• 0 - 1 year experience in real estate or sales.
• Should be below 25 years of age.
• Willingness to learn.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.
• High level of honesty & integrity.
• Must be willing to work under little or no supervision.
• Must be willing to meet new people.
• Must reside within Lekki and Ajah axis of Lagos state.
• You must be an outdoor person. You must have the ability to spend much time in transit.
