Job Description

• Conduct proactive monitoring, operation and maintenance of network infrastructure (Hardware/Software) and equipment (routers, modems, etc.); to maintain and support operations and ensure compliance to relevant standards
• Provide technical direction in network and communications requirement definition, planning, coordination and implementation
• Perform network configurations and problem and incident management to ensure IT service continuity and supply
• Assist in the Management of Messaging & Collaboration services
• Test, debug, document and analyze performance of network components.
• Assist with network infrastructure implementation
• Provide support to all environments (production, test, QA, development, etc.)
• Conduct event, fault and performance management
• Perform routine network and communications infrastructure analysis, and evaluation on resource requirements necessary to maintain and/or expand service levels
• Fulfil service requests and perform routine maintenance and support activities

Qualifications
Education:

• Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in a IT related discipline

Experience:

• Post -NYSC.
