Adexen Recruitment Agency has been mandated by one of its clients in the construction industry to recruit a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Responsibilities

Manage the sales team and develop sales strategies in line with the company’s existing protocols and product line with a comprehensive knowledge of the target market.
Promote the company’s brand values in line with its products and services in a bid to grow the client base and increase profits.
Supervise the drafting and implementation of the company’s sales plan.
Monitor the sales team to ensure the company’s sales target are met.
Plan and support negotiation with clients.
Plan and implement the company’s sales exhibition and product launch.
Proactively look out for changes in product purchase trends and competitor’s activities within the industry.
Develop Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Draft and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering and other relevant discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years of selling similar products and services including B2B sales management experience.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical advantages of a product or solution to a non-technical decision maker.
Excellent English verbal and written language skills.
Ability to use digital marketing platforms.
Ability to use Microsoft Office packages such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Mobility to travel across Nigeria.
