Job Title: E-commerce Associate

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

• The E-commerce associate would run our online food business, ensuring timely processing and delivery of orders
• This would involve managing the dispatch riders and liaising with our partners.
• As an eCommerce associate, you will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills along with impeccable attention to detail
• You will also need to be proficient in data manipulation, analysis and basic modelling techniques
• If you have had some exposure to initiating, maintaining and growing business to business relationships, you will be considered a great option to hire.

Your key responsibilities would include:

• Receiving, Confirmation and Processing of customer orders via e-Commerce platforms, e-mail and telephone.
• Managing order tracking via e-Commerce backend platforms and related tracking tools.
• Preparing and sending reports detailing the performance of e-Commerce metrics (sales, orders, and related)
• Effective Dispatch rider management to ensure prompt delivery of orders
• Reconciliation of all cash payments made for deliveries and remittance to the respective hub
• Achievement of store order count and revenue growth targets
• Ensure top-notch service delivery when packing the orders (pack neatly, correctly, label information correctly and sign off on the completion)

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a client facing role (experience in call centre operations for a bank, telco or related field is a plus).
• A positive and flexible approach, ready and willing to turn your hand to anything to get the job done;
• Evidence of strong interpersonal and team working skills, able to communicate successfully with a wide variety of people across all levels;
• Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Experience of successfully using Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms;
