Job Brief

• We are currently recruiting for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
• You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

Job Description

• Acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients:
• Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handling requests and queries appropriately
• Managing diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Making travel arrangements
• Taking dictation and minutes
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Devise and maintain office filing system
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
• Carrying out specific projects and research;
• Responsibility for accounts and budgets;
• Taking on some of the manager’s responsibilities and working more closely with management;
• Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager’s absence

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Male
• Age: Youthful (Less than 30)
• Expected years of Experience: 1-3 years
• Educational background (Preference): HND / BSc

Other desired specifications:

• Candidate should have work experience related to Business Development.
• Technical advance skill would be an advantage.
• Candidate must be able to drive and also possess valid driver’s license.
• Writing and communication skill should be perfect.
• Highly matured personality.
• Computer literate and must be smart.
• Candidate must reside around Ikeja, Ojodu Berger and Maryland environs.

Remuneration
N60,000 - N80,000 per month.
