We love gadgets but more importantly fixing broken gadgets. The team comprises professional gadget engineers with a combined experience of over 30 years. Asides being a team of geeks, our team is customer-focused, as we always ensure every customer contact is a delightful experience.

Job Description

• Install and configure software, computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software, hardware and networks; onsite and remotely.
• Walk clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
• Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
• Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
• Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in related discipline.
• 1-3 years experience in similar role.
• Certifications are preferred, but not required.
• Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
• Ability to ride a motorbike is an added advantage.
