Job Title: Team Leader - Tyre

Location: Lagos
Resumption: Immediately

Job Description/Responsibilities

• We are looking for a qualified team leader to support and manage our team .
• The Team Leader will be responsible for the supervision, managing and coordinating the team for the marketing and sales of our company‘s branded Tyres.
• Delegate tasks and set deadline for the team
• Setting clear team goals and ensure the achievement
• Oversee the day to day operation of the Tyre Department
• Monitor the team performance and report to the Managing Director
• Suggest and organise team building activities
• Lead the team to achieve their goals
• Searching and following up for new clients and projects that will benefit from company products
• Developing long-term relationships with clients through understanding and managing their requirements.
• Preparing the reports and activity plans
• Ensure that all targets and sales projects are met.
• Supervising trade shows, conferences, dealer meetings and other events
• Producing support material for the various target groups, intensive product training and travelling within Nigeria..
• Reports to the Managing Director.

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Team Leader - Tyre
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organisational, time management and decision making skill
• Ability to delegate effectively.
• Computer literacy MS office (required) and SAP optional
• A BSc/HND in any related field
• Minimum 5 years sales Team Leader experience within Tyre business
• Valid Driving license
• Age limit: 35 - 45 years
