Job Title: Brand/Customer Service Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Act as liason executive for the brand by utilizing all aspects of communication and sales strategies to foster relationships between the brand and other brands.
Manage and grow social medi handle of the brand.
Manage customers requests and resolve complaints timely.
Manage the company's online website and ensure smooth transaction delivery from order placement to delivery timelines.
Stay trendy with up to date knowledge and market analysis on competitive services.
Grow cutsomer base and close deals succesfully.

Ideal Candidate

Must be Tech Savy
Must be Customer eccentric.
Expreience in an online store or tech company will be an added advantage.
Must be ready and willing to be up and about. (extremely agile)
Thorough knowledge of social media management is esential.
Residents around Ikeja, Alimosho and Iyana Oba will be given priority.
Knowledge of digital marketing will also be an added advantage.
