FNL has its head office in Lagos and main operational bases for logistics and warehousing located in in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Warri and Abuja.

We are currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tender Compliance Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
• Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process
• Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Market Analysts, and Transaction Procurement Specialists to provide contractual and compliance advice
• Ensures the completeness, accuracy and monitoring of TENDER BIDS
• Stays abreast of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements
• Ensures compliance of tendering and contract processes with internal and governmental controls and regulations.
• Supervises the tenders’ process from the preâ€�qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out.
• Collates and ensures proper documentation within the tendering and contract process.
• Ensures the up to date records of company’s documents
• Coordinates the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in a timely manner.     
• Prepares regular status reports on ongoing tendering and evaluation activities undertaken by our company
• Conduct an inâ€�depth analysis of all bids received in response to each Tender, Proposal and Quotation to identify the response that best meets the needs of the user department and is consistent with the terms and conditions of standard procurement policy.
• Collaborates with key internal stakeholders in identifying procurement needs relative to projects being undertaken by the company and develops draft procurement schedules.
• Prepares evaluation reports and other corresponding documents in accordance with standard templates for approval and signoff.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 10 years of, Bid Tendering (Technical and Commercial), Procurement and/or technically relevant work experience
• Previous experience of With NIPEX, NOJIC-JQS, and NAPIMS
• Knowledge of NISTF, PENCOM, and ITF statutory certificates; and NCDMB and HSSE Documents and Policies
• Strong commercial awareness and an ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy, demanding environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications with excellent IT skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
