Job Title: Pouch Machine Operator

Location: Lagos

Description

• To Operate Pouching Machine, To make Stand up Pouch, Centre seal , zipper pouch , 3 side seal Pouch.
• To mange Production activities

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate pouch-making machines to convert laminated films into pouches
• Read job specs and previous run data to determine material requirements and machine adjustments
• Identify machine malfunctions and defective products; take necessary actions to correct
• Measure dimensions of products to determine accuracy of machines
• Conduct burst test, drop test, water table test and other quality tests on products
• Adhere to all company, quality and safety requirements/ standards
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized work area
• Maintain rates for line speed, set up times and scrap
• Report maintenance needs and safety hazards
• Perform minor machine maintenance
• Pack, mark, stack and stage products
• Complete documentation.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.Sc
• Experience needed: 5 - 7 Years.
• Key Skills: Pouching/Pouching machine Operator.
