Formplus is a web-based software that helps users gather data, processes this data and lets them make data-driven decisions. Formplus customers are typically medium-sized businesses who are looking to gather data from their customers who are online and offline.

Formplus has processed over 13 million responses from customers in over 60 countries. It has also been used by organisations such as Go-Jek, Careem, Stanford University for their Solar Car Project and many more.

We are currently looking for a creative and driven individual to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Job Description
As a Technical Support Representative at Formplus, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests across channels effectively
• Investigating, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
• Reporting and escalating issues when necessary
• Assisting the product and engineering team

Minimum Requirements

• Great communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to details
• General understanding of software applications and how the Internet works
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Technical background is an added advantage
