Legend Hospitality Managers Limited - Our client, a 4-star hotel in Egbeda-Ipaja metropolis of Lagos State with 78 tastefully-furnished bedrooms, all necessary facilities for accommodation services, banquet/event services, indoor/outdoor catering services and leisure services, is recruiting qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Office Supervisor
- Manage daily front office operations and the first impressions of our guests.
- Supervise the efficient operations of reception including check in/out procedures
- Handles guest requests and enquiries to ensure a positive outcome is achieved
- Keep management fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests
- Understand thoroughly all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
- Monitor the appearance standards and performance of the Front Office team with an emphasis on training and teamwork
- Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
- Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspires team members to exceed standards

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English; good communication skills
- Understanding of hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
