Job Title: Business Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Overview

We need the services of an experienced IT support personnel. The successful candidate will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals.
The candidate will also oversee the online marketing strategy for the organisations, plan and execute digital (including email) marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for the organisation's website(s).

Key Responsibilities

Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
Support Wordpress, woocommerce and Window sites
Helping with the testing and launch of desktop and mobile websites for all business areas
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
Organisations official website support and management.
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
Monitoring website queries from both members and staff
Working with our website provider to ensure technical problems are dealt with swiftly.
Supporting the testing of new website functionality
Reporting on website and social media analytics
Assist coworkers in resolution of end users’ technical issues.

Person Specification

Minimum of National Diploma or its equivalent. Experience in in computer programming with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical support/digital marketing.
Knowledge in WordPress and Magento is necessary.

Key Skills:

Web development skills
Video editing skills
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
Familiar with technology and proficient with systems like PHP. Mangeto, Asp.net, Office 365, HTML/Java script
Must have the knowledge, experience, and capability to troubleshoot common IT problems.
