Legend Hospitality Managers Limited - Our client is a 3-star boutique hotel in Ado-Ekiti metropolis of Ekiti State having quick-service restaurant as its major business unit, 25 tastefully-furnished rooms, all necessary facilities for accommodation services, banquet/event services, indoor/outdoor catering services and leisure services.

We are recruiting qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bar Supervisor

Location: Ekiti

Job Description

• The Bar Supervisor directs and organizes the bar staff to ensure first class service, food and beverage offerings and marketing to maximize profits and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the bar to ensure that hotel standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness of the bars on a daily basis
• Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary
• Interact positively with customers promoting hotel facilities and services
• Ensure that all standards and hotel cash handling procedures are met
• Plan and set up special bar events
• Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely manner
• Solicit feedback from guests concerning the service and Food & Beverage offerings
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage outlet operations
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
• Ability to accomplish necessary tasks on a computer
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Applicants should reside around Iworoko, Ado-Ekiti.
