We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• As we prepare to take the world by storm, we are in need of responsible, accountable, diligent and intelligent personnel who want to carve out a niche for themselves in today's world.
• Who are willing to pursue what they believe in and get results for their efforts.
• We are in urgent need of a capable front desk officer. You should live close to Agege or Abulegba.
• We will make preference for the candidate who can see the big picture of how people's lives can be enhanced by the work that you do.

Your job roles include:

• Welcoming guests at the office.
• Maintaining the office
• Answering all customer enquiry via phones, email and chat.
• Giving regular reports to the management on tasks allocated to you
• Managing our social media accounts
• Mastering our software applications so you can be readily available to assist customers who need help.
• You may be needed to occasionally visit a customer to explain one or two things on our apps

Qualifications

• Very strong computer skills
• Knowledge of how to use social media
• A problem solver
• Very good dressing skills
• Dedicated to producing results and not excuses
• You should live close to Agege/Ikeja/Ogba/Abulegba
• B.Sc/HND/OND can apply
• Very respectful and courteous
