Job Description/Requirements

• Analyzes and recommends alternative sources of capital that the company should use to meet its needs.
• Maintains relationships with those parties necessary to gain knowledge of new capital products on the market and how they might fit the company, such as investment bankers and rating agencies.
• Responsible for the control process to maintain compliance with debt covenants or similar restrictions and company policy covering such related areas as ease buy decisions.
• Provides leadership in arranging financial services that expand the business relationship with company customers, such as credit approval, trade financing through special terms or arranged through third parties, letters of credit, guarantees, or performance/bid bonds.
• Maintains relationships with banks, governmental sources of trade finance, and other credit sources.
• Works closely with the Project Finance group to provide innovative options to customers.
• Responsible for reviewing proposals and/or contracts as appropriate for credit and/or contracts as appropriate for credit and other financial issues.
• Completion of an undergraduate degree or its equivalent in Engineering preferred or combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Experience in oil and gas deep-water operation will be an added advantage for applicants.
